In a cyberpunk future, disco balls just aren't enough. Meet NeoBot, short for Neon Robot. This robot is designed to create and shoot out light in different colours.

Inside its chest is a chamber containing some basic colours that can be mixed together to produce the wide range of colours seen on its face.

This robot is quite valuable, so as a defense mechanism it can blind people with intense light from its hands.

Note: This is my first time applying some noise to a skin and I think it went well!
