Lucy, the "Queen Diclonius" from Elfen Lied.
In case you haven't seen the anime/read the manga, Lucy is a diclonius, which is a being that is able to use psychokinetic abilities.
She suffers from multiple personality disorder and has three different names: Kaede, Lucy, and Nyu.
