His name is Adal Everstark, and he is both the most powerful type of dragonman, known as a psion, and the CEO of the most prestigious company in his home district. Due to being on top in more ways than one, he acts proud and aloof to those below him, but has a mischievous and trickster-y streak when dealing with what few rivals he has (such as Lancer), finding their annoyed reactions amusing to say the least. Nonetheless, he does have good intentions in general, using his cleverness and charisma to help his species advance.
