eyecatchy - that is for sure. It feels like you went a bit overboard with the colouring (that blue highlight on the pink palette is really harsh). If the back of the head is meant to be like an orc-ish face - the chaos it provides kinda works (albeit it's probably a bit extreme), but if what I see as eyes are two bows below some 'space buns' I feel like the chaos is a bit unwarranted, and the eyeburn then really feels too much.
