I like it, but I have some recommendations.
1) More detailed eyes. Unless this guy had his eyes scooped out, I think it should show pupils and all that marvelous eyes stuff. But if you want him to have only eye sockets, that's fine as well.
2) Colors! More colors would be wonderful on the clothing. I know this is your first skin, but the more color the better! c:
