EDIT: the problem was the mask it looked goofy </3
the reason i made this separate is cus i think he's not actually a bird and uses a cloak and magic to make fake wings and tail feathers, and the mask is to hide his identity? idk i thought it was cool, the little chain hold the wings up cus they aren't actually attached :D
