a skin i kind of threw together for a friend. it was supposed to be a elven captains jacket but i think i missed my mark by a long way. if you like it thats still good but this skin wasnt really based off of any canon, its all oc. so... enjoy? i decided the sleeves look kind of pedal like... thus, the pedal coat.
