(Hi, there. =) This is the first skin that I've made on PMC. This is a skin of my OC, Cecelia. She's tender-hearted, soft-spoken, and reaaallly loves pink. Pink oversized sweaters, pink/white flowers, princess-y like things, anything that is girly and pastel. You know, she's kind of her own princess, tbh.

Making this skin for her was really fun. I hope I can make more skins of her and other characters in my stories.
