when the Doctors surround Gallifrey to place it in the pocket universe, the timelord watching the scanner says, "... No, all Thirteen!"  since it's a direct quote frome the series i don't know how you can argue it's not canon.

nice skin nonetheless.

*David Tennant is a real HUMAN you should have probably said 10th doctor to be exact

Also, when the tenth doctor hid from the family of blood, he only hid his memories, and if you are going to say he was human, then he wouldn't count as a timelord at that point.
