This is my first attempt at a full on shading skin..... I just want your suggestions and thoughts on it

The irises of the eyes might look a little better if they were smaller, though to be honest, considering the fact that the rest of the face is white, that probably wouldn't work on this resolution :(] It's minor though.
The lack of shading on the insides of the arms/legs and the tiara on top of the head bothers me marginally, but other than that...
