He was born blind with sight. He was born with a mind trapped by freedom. He is Puresight. And he can see what you are thinking. And the power weighs heavy on him. Puresight became a monk in order to escape his burdens, but beware - he will come in the moments of greatest need and push the course towards the greater good.

This is my entry to the Superhero and Supervillian contest, if you couldn't already tell from the title. I apologize for the unoriginal power, but I still hope you like the skin.
