This is a little upgrade ive made to the R00R00CHAPMAN skin. I think it looks a lot better and does work when summoning heads.
I know that sounded stupid but with the last skin I had a problem with summoning its head.
If you want to summon your own head, give this command:
/give (YourUserName) skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:"PlayerUserName"}
