Nice, thing is ugly, but hell that's what it's meant to be good job on the mouth very creepy man!! And I mean the ugly as in the good way, no need to attack on this decent skin.

No from concept art, in the original OoT concept art Redeads wore wooden masks but the N64 couldnt render them right so they scrapped the masks. THey readded the masks for the 3DS version
