Rimuru Tempest is a character from an anime "That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime" and I made this skin around a week after a pole I made. I won't give any details about the anime or the character because I highly recommend you go watch it.
Why Rimuru? Well there was a discussion or pole I put up a while ago. The winning part of it was "cloud". Nobody had an idea what I had in-mind and most likely thought Cloud from Final Fantasy. But no, I was originally gonna make a character from a show with cloud in the name but it ended up being the hardest thing to create because of the hair. So I gave up and started thinking, what else could relate to clouds and weather? Then it hit me like a train.
