Viego from League Of Legends. I wanted to make a League skin for a while now and wanted to also test out pale color palettes for hair/skin and see if they'd work properly. So I introduce to you the Ruined King, the one for whom the mist follows, the bender of wills, and the causation of undeath which destroyed the Blessed Isles.
