Lees eyes are not that big honey, a 2x2 with a 1 pixel inside would look better I think. I also agree with peyton, Instead of putting the eyebrows as the layer, I would rather see his hair. If you follow the ref as far as you do (putting the white highlights on the hair is not a good idea, but it shows that you keep close to the ref) You need to put the hair on the hat layer. I also think that a happier mouth would look cooler (: But good work.

As I said to TheJustCookie, I tried making the eyes 2x2 pixels, but that made the pupils look really small and beady.

Even though his hair does have those super bright highlights, I think they don't work well on the skin.
If they were just a regular high contrast highlight, it would look better imo.

Other than that, great work :)
