One time while Rufus was snatching a pet husky, he tried to get away from the police so he ran into a nuclear power plant. He then slipped while scaling a wall and fell into some toxic waste with the husky. His DNA was then combined giving him the speed of a wolf. Then spots of dog hair appeared on his arms and his feet were now furry with claws. And under his Hood, his eyes were green and pink and his hair was a dark blue color. He wears a Dog mask to conceal his identity and now pet-naps for food.
