Now Rusty The Robot sounds so unoriginal, but for a 7 year old boy. (Me 10 years ago.) I had recieved a vintage toy robot, the same exact colors as this one, and of course, I named him Rusty. Rusty and I spent quite a long time together, I brought him everywhere, we did, basically everything together, till I grew out of him, and sold him at a yard sale, about two - three years ago.

Anyways, he was a great toy, and this contest brought back his memory. :)

If I remember correctly, one night, what I thought was a closet monster, (which ended up being one of our many cats.) was rattling stuff on my dresser, and I pulled myself under my covers, and just thought about how I could get Rusty to come to life, and stop the nightmares. He would use his bionic arms and grab them and put them in the trash bin, then come save me, and we would live forever. I kept thinking about this scenario and eventually, I noticed the rattling stopped. I thanked Rusty for "saving" me, and I fell asleep, a relieved boy. 

I may have stretched this, and made it a bit dramatic, but it is based on something from my childhood.

Once again, I thank Yuki for reminding me to do this. I had a story ready, but forgot to put it in.
