This is a skin of Santa Claus, as you can obviously see. This skin relates to Santa's Workshop because he's Santa! Duh! He's the big boss of all the elves, the giver of gifts and happiness for young children all around the world. He's the commander who gives the orders in his workshop (I hope I've made my point through). Every Christmas Santa comes to each and every single house to give presents to the nice boys and girls from his workshop, but if you're naughty he gives you coal.
