Biography:

Early Life:
The brother of famed Crime-lord Tyber Zann, Lucius was born on Anaxes in 29 BBY. He became a skilled diplomat from working in the family's firm Zann Remanufacturing, and learned how to defend himself from harm. He became very skilled in hand to hand combat as well as armed combat with a preference for the electrostaff. Around the age of 7 he began having visions of future events, but kept them to himself for fear of being seen as crazy. One such vision was of the eventual downfall of the Jedi Order and the rise of the Empire.

At the age of 15, he had enrolled at the Imperial Academy of Pols Anaxes, where he would learn the art of naval command. Two years later and he had graduated with the rank of commander but would continue to serve in the family firm. His brother had become enlisted into Imperial service around this time as well, and began operating a smuggling ring known as the Zann Consortium.

Early Consortium Operations:
Around 10 BBY Tyber Zann enlists the help of his family ties, specifically that of Lucius who he sees as a potential fleet commander. Tyber contacted Lucius and offered him a commanding role in the Consortium. He reluctantly agreed, on the condition that his priorities continue to remain with leading the family company. Around this time Lucius began a corporate takeover from his parents with the aid of consortium agents. Tyber began making alliances with Jabba during this period, while his brother became a leading member of the board of directors for their parents' firm.

Following Zann's leaving of the Imperial Academy on Carida, Tyber continued to work closely with Jabba running heists with the Hutt Cartel as an ally. Lucius meanwhile took ships and cargo that the Consortium had stolen and used the family firm to refit and repurpose them for profit under the guise of a legitimate business. Unfortunately, it wouldn't be long before Tyber would have a run in again with the Empire, and this time he was sent to the Imperial prison on Kessel. Tyber's close associate Urai Fen would continue to lead the Consortium from the shadows but kept close ties with Lucius.

Political Run on Anaxes:
Having become a successful and wealthy nobleman on Anaxes, it was only a matter of time before Lucius took a shot at becoming part of the ruling council of the planet. With his ambitions high, he contacted Urai in an attempt to gain some leverage over the other candidates. Urai was able to recruit some defilers to gather some intel on the history and dealings of his opponents. He was successfully able to gather some leverage over them which greatly aided him in his goals. Urai was paid handsomely for his services, and in 8 BBY, at the age of 21 he became the youngest person to become a member of the ruling council. This gave him tremendous political power between Zann Remanufacturing, the council, and his ties to the Consortium. As a way to repay his brother for the Consortium's services, he would help Urai from the shadows up until they broke Tyber out of prison.
