Hello everyone! Here's my contest entry for the 'Life on the High Seas Skin Contest', I know Scuba isn't really all that original but he does have a pretty unique background story I reckon (cough cough this guys a loser!)

NEWS REPORT! March 2014

It was reported this Tuesday that a man wearing scuba gear rode his bicycle into the ocean. 'He sunk almost immediately' a witness tells us, Dodgy Dave aged 47, 'I just saw him sink like a stone, and then I went back to eating my chicken pie- cause you know... I wasn't about to let that go cold'. On Wednesday at around 11pm another witness says she spotted a man in scuba gear crawling his way onto the shore.

'He looked in a lot of pain' the witness, who wishes to remain anonymous, tells us 'And when he removed his mask all I could see was a giant starfish stuck onto his face! And then he ran off!'

Police are looking for anyone who has information on this mysterious Starfish Victim, but so far they have only found a bicycle.
