-As it was my first Earth-X inspired Suit, I kept the Cowl design and the terrible colors as a joke choice.
-As suggested, his codename is the color of his Suit.
-Whereas every Negative Dimension being has something mirrored from their original counterparts, this one doesn't. He has two Bolts instead.
