Find A Way To Get Your Character Head As A Usable Item.
Example:Let Someone Kill You, And Have Your Head Chopped Off.
Preferably Use Either A Server With That Kind Of Plugin Or Use A Command Block.

Step 3:
With The Head Item Of *Insert Your Player Name Here*
Place It On Any Table Or To Your Liking


This Will Make The Illusion Of The Skin Into A TV In-Game Without Any Cable Service!
