The Doctor is a man who spends his time in a secret underground lair, working on his rather unethical experiments and creating highly potent chemicals to use in these experiments. He wears a pair of goggles that help him see better in the dark despite their appearance and usually uses them during his experiments. Strapped to his waist are several pouches to store items he needs or for his makeshift devices and several chemicals/potions that can be used to heal or harm, such as acid or sleeping gas. Another item he keeps on him is the dried bamboo shoot that he uses as a blowpipe to shoot tranquilizers. I certainly wouldn't know what he would need that for. Besides that, he is marvelously strong along with his rather intelligent mind. A rather curious person whose actions can be viewed as sadistic should be avoided at all costs. He appears calm at first but will lose it fast when it comes to his 'experiments.'

Journal Entry #4056 - Future Experiment #872
A quite wonderful discovery was made today. I was out on my usual walk to gather ingredients for my potions and such when something peculiar happened. The air seemed to change and zap with a certain fuzziness I had never felt before. Before I could think further about it, they, appeared. Bright, almost neon flashing colors of red, blue, and green clashed together in what I could only describe as a glitch-like pattern. In no time a figure appeared on the ground, laying there on their stomach, the glitching patterns subsiding but still continuing throughout and around them in short, jagged motions.
A normal person would have run away but I usually took an interest in new things so naturally I stepped closer to examine them. I stood beside them and kneeled down.
They appeared to wear a cloak with a hood over their head and normal articles of clothing. Feline features were apparent. The more I observed them the more the familiar sharp itch to begin another experiment became. I grabbed onto the back of their head, lifting it up. Their face showed signs of unconsciousness and a sound came from them that I interpreted as one of pain. Shadows painted their face as well as a few scars. I let go of their head.
I could feel my fingers twitch with excitement and a wide smile spread across my face.
I pulled out a small syringe from one of my pockets and retrieved a small blood sample from their arm, putting it back into my pocket.
Unfortunately, before I could pick up the subject to bring back to my lab, they disappeared in the glitchy patterns I had seen them arrive in.
My disappointment was immeasurable for a sparse moment before I turned around to head back. I already had what I needed to find Future Experiment #872.
I will find you, my new subject and when I do, oh it will simply be delightful. . .
