This is a recreation of King Leer, a ghost that is seen in the Corridor of Doors scene in The Haunted Mansion in a framed photo.
I have since became a fan of King Leer, because I've never seen the Ezra/Hatbox Ghost/Popup Ghost head mould wearing a crown.
I decided to make a skin based off of him using two skins. One skin that had a crown, and the Hatbox Ghost skin made by Calendar Man.
