- 'The Innovator'




A 21st century visionary of the 20th century, 'The Innovator' (a title given to him by the local press), is an infamous developer of tech and a low-key crime lord. He specializes in robotics, nano technology, biology, and hydraulics, and uses the little income he gets from the occasional invention he sells to fuel his gang's activities. He gives specialized units in his gang certain tools depending on their trade and rank; the best tools, however, he keeps for himself. The Innovator's exo-suit, a combination of gold alloy and fiber-glass, protects him from the feeble attempts of local law enforcement. Though, as it has been proven, a few stratigicly placed bullets can take him down.
Defeated in 1992, badly wounded, The Innovator was taken to a hospital and thrown into prison, his crimes ranging from damage of public property to violent assault. He still resides there now.
Though, we don't know how much longer he will stay there. After all, he was years ahead of our time back them... if we can harness the power of the atom, then who knows what he could make now?
