This guy's a pretty obscure character. He's Reed Richards -- AKA Mr. Fantastic -- from Earth-1610, the Ultimate Universe, and the same universe that Miles Morales originated from. In this universe, Reed is a much younger version of his Earth-616 counterpart -- the Mr. Fantastic we're all used to.

When Reed was in high school, he created a functional teleporter for a science fair. He was noticed and recruited to the Baxter Building, a think-tank for gifted children. Years later, an upgraded version of the teleporter was used. Reed and his friends were teleported to another universe called the Negative Zone and returned with newfound abilities; his being super-malleability. Reed could stretch his body in any way he could imagine. Due to the nature of his powers, he was also effectively immortal and did not require any sustenance such as food.

Unfortunately, Reed was driven mad after an attack by Magneto and being rejected as his girlfriend Sue Storm. the Invisible Woman's husband. He has an IQ of 267 and is one of the deadliest villains to ever exist in the Marvel Universe.

The Maker isn't always shown with the bands I've included on the skin but I've found images of him wearing something similar. I've decided to put them on both arms so they can be used on either since both are entirely hat layer-based. That means they can also be removed entirely.
