Heavily updated this. Made the jacket hanging down, changed skirt colour, used new skintone and updated hair shading, changed the white to more blue and removed the dark pink plaid and made it white, reshaded the bell, ect. ect.

I think she looks a lot cuter now. :DD Enjoy!
