Alright, so this unnamed man is from an old school shooter titled Postal, this skin is made from reference of The Dude from Postal III.

I didn't want to add a lot of detail cause the game itself has a very toony/distinct style to it, and I skipped on adding the glasses (I't looks better without them, trust me).
