The following journal entries were recovered from Mr. Adam Jorman's and Mr. John Winslow's journals. They were on an expadition to the Arctic Circle. The journal of their third party member, Mr. Joseph Stroffburg, is undiscernable.
Jorman's Log
- August 12, 2009
Finally passed the Arctic Circle. From here on out, there doesn't seem to be anything... there isn't a tree for miles, just long fields of ice and snow. It's much colder than I expected. Hope to be home soon.
-August 13, 2009
Deeper into the Circle. Wish we would have brought better food. The MREs taste horrible. I miss home. We begin our research tomorrow.
-August 14, 2009
There's nothing to do around here when we aren't trying to find thhis fox. I don't understand what's so important about it... but I'm not the biologist here. That damn jew is gonna get us all killed, the way he breaks protocall all the time. If he weren't [indiscernable]

-August 16, 2009
Just like I said, that idiot screwed up, and now he has a broken leg! The only good thing about being in the Arctic now is that all we had to do was duct tape the leg wound. Apparently that's the best way to stop bleeding when it's so cold that your blood freezes outside of your body. There's a storm coming, so we'll need to hole up in our shelter for the next few days.
-August 17, 2009
The storm outside is harder than we expected. Much harder, and colder, too. We aren't doing well. We were supposed to leave tomorrow, but we still haven't done what we came here for, and this storm is going to prevent anyone from going anywhere.

Winslow's log
-August 21, 2009
This storm is still raging on, and our food supply is long gone. We're all very hungry... and Jorman has a weird look about him. Stroffburg is on the verge of death. I'm starving. Tired. I'm beginning to think that we may very possibly die out here, if this storm continues.
-August 23, 2009
I don't know what happened, or what's going on, but I HAD to leave. The storm let up just enough to be able to walk outside and get my bearings. I came back into the outpost, and I saw Jorman EATING STROFFBURG. He was taking massive bites out of his neck, just... FEASTING on him... I called out to him, and he lunged at me. I ran away as fast as I could, and I didn't stop for at least an hour. I'm so scared right now.
-August 24, 2009
I made a little shelter in the side of a small hill. I don't know what will happen now...
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I see Jorman! Holy shit... He's practically naked, and his skin... it's white! I don't know how he lived in the cold, but I'm.... he looks like he's searching for som

If you don't know what a Wendigo is, I'd suggest looking it up! It makes for some interesting stories, and they're really freaky!
