Eh...the belt is way too far down. I'd suggest either moving it up or just completely getting rid of it altogether. The tops of the legs are also the flesh tone, as well, which doesn't look terribly great, in all honestly. I'd probably make the tops of the legs the same as the pants, just so it doesn't look weird.
