Back story

In the beginning, Argo created 8 gods & goddesses, Mira goddess of thought, Vlad god of darkness, Mia goddess of Shape shifting, Hue god of sight, Pi god of calculations, Jade goddess of wealth, Plamia goddess of beauty, and Mina goddess of strength. Vlad and Mira, married and raised Thresh god of nightmares, Lo god of wisdom, Mel goddess of forgiveness, and Horizon god of hope. Vlad, being god of darkness, didn't not only marry one goddess, he married two. He married Plamia and they had other children Orto god of violence, and Ma goddess of Anger. Vlad, being part of the original 8 gods and goddesses, was given his own realm. He made this realm the darkest, most vicious and unforgiving region in all of history. Vlad created a lot of trouble, being god of Darkness he didn't really have a big part in creating a 'perfect' world of humans. Argo seeing this as a problem, banished Vlad, Orto, and Ma to The darkness realm. Now, Argo did not know of Thresh, he just thought Vlad was greedy and wanted a lot of children. Vlad really wanted more evil children. Orto and Ma served him well, but Vlad knew by having a child with Mira the child would be able to willingly enter the rest of the world, and come back into his realm. Thresh growing up with Vlad mainly knew how much his father hated Argo, and his siblings. Vlad taught all of his children that these were the "Goody Good Good Gods" and that they "Needed to be killed and wiped from the face of the universe" Vlad finally went over to Thresh who was in a corner playing with the portal to the rest of the world.
"Thresh. It is time you go and see what your pesky Grandfather and Mother are working on. Go and report back to me!"
Thresh went to the rest of the world and hid in his mothers shadow at the meeting of the gods, and listened to the plan of how Argo and his remaining children would create 'humans' and a world where they can live and the gods, most of them, can be honored. Thresh quickly left, and returned back to his father, whom was pleased to hear all the information he gathered. Vlad told him how he must sneak into the humans' world and plague them with nightmares of death, despair, doom, and destruction. Thresh questioned why to do this and Vlad told him that this will corrupt and even kill some humans. Turning the "goody good good gods'" work into a puddle of failure. Thresh chuckled menacingly at this plan and waited months for the humans to be created. He spied on Mira's workings and understood how these humans worked. He then waited on the Summer Solstice, (The time of the year where all gods powers are at the most powerful). When it arrived he create a portal and snuck into the humans' world. He stretched his young dark arms over the sleeping humans and he closed his eyes and thought of doom, despair loss of loved ones and rage. He opened his eyes and watched how the humans got up in despair and killed each other and harmed themselves. He smiled and was about to leave when suddenly he wasn't in the humans' world. He was in Argstro's palace. Argo looked at him and told him that he's known long about his existence. He told Thresh that he can end his very existence right now, Thresh looked at him, and pleaded for him to spare him. Argo moved his hands in a circular motion, thrusting Thresh into the air. Thresh's skin which was a faint tan color, corrupted into a dark, black purple color, his eyes which were the only kind in the entire universe, fell out and two glimmering crystals grew into place. He fell unto the floor shivering, Argo looked at him in pity and ripped open a portal to Vlad's realm, Vlad looked at Argo and said "FATHER! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!" Argo laughed and kicked Thresh through the portal and closed it. He thought to himself "This is it. My humans are corrupted. Thresh is no longer able to travel, but my humans... There ruined... I guess they'll have to live with this burden forever. Until I can find a cure for this disaster..."
