A Turgkin is a possible evolution of a Cykan, they are spheres of 'Archium' possessed by an "Elemental Spiritual Entity", abbreviated as 'ESE'.

However, they typically don't have torsos (unless, if there would be such a thing considered as a Turgkin / Loukinn hybrid?), at least judging from my sources.
But, please don't consider this 'lore legal', this was done out of overall admiration of the design/scheme/concept/character, or desire to have a sort of 'mook variety of a race', if / when to stand around Dutvutan himself.

Please remind me at some point, I'm going to give creating a 'Loukin' skin a go, if that hasn't already done.
