this a an uruk hai from the movie trilogy "the lord of the rings". although the uruk hai was mainly in "the two towers" this one was created and killed in "the fellowship of the ring". lurtz was the leader of a group of uruk hais that had to kill the fellowship except for Frodo. lurtz killed Boromir at amon hen with many arrows to the chest and shoulder, however he was then slain by a cut to the neck by aragon. (in the movie.)
