This is one of the many waste wanders in the nuclear areas, they have protected themselves against mother nature with thick clothing and white-grey fur, to protect themselves against other waste wanderers some have made plate body armor, this survivor is part of the Byzan clan, which is made clear by the distinctive red coloured clothing and the green symbol on the back.
