Basing this off of the Ice Spikes biome!
The guardian of the Ice Spikes, the person who created them all. A small elemental being, who for living for centuries has managed to master the power of Cryo magic. He is one who could make snow or spikes at will, for offence or defence depends on the weight of the situation. Taking on a human form, he had piled up his clothes to keep him warm in the environment of the cold, considering he is a being made up of elemental power, he does not need to eat. He doesn't go by any name, most people call him the 'Guardian' in myths and stories, his personality is usually depicted as quiet and more kept to himself, often not bothering with major tasks. he is tens of thousands of years old, nobody could pinpoint his true age.
If you ever come across him whilst lost on a journey, be sure to be kind and sweet, and he will take you in as one of his own. If you decide to challenge him, beware, for if you lose, your lost corpse will be frozen in time forever.
