This tough, battle hardened Brit grew up in London in a high class family, his parents wanted him to become a doctor, but he joined the Army instead. He served his time battling to the death with Rommel's Afrika Korps, in Africa, after many run-ins with the Jerries, his luck soon ran out.. he was shot in the chest, taken to a field hospital, then shipped back to England for rehabilitation. But this tough S.O.B wasn't gonna let one round stop his career as a soldier! He went AWOL, and re-joined his comrades, who were soon to be shipped off to France, to battle the fierce German troops yet again.
