Mahiro from Zetsuen no Tempest (Blast of Tempest)!
I couldn't find a good skin of him so I thought I'd make my own. :D I hope you like it.
I wasn't sure as to how to make his hood but I think I did a good job on it. It is my first hood. xD

I actually just remembered that in the program I use the bottom part of the head and hat get messed up and flipped!!! I'll fix it right away! >_<
Alright it should be better now. o_o
