Looks slighly better, would look better without the teeth but that would break the character so i can understand why you wouldn't want that, its impossible to make a good looking smile in a pixel skin, it will just look creepy/unnatural like the joker smile or just very odd. also in the reference the glasses look more orange than yellow, or i think the yellow is a bit to bright if you want to fit the reference.
