    this pack replaces the totem of undying with flapjack :)

    things i changed
    - totem of undying renamed and retextured to flapjack
    - cracking a totem sound or whatever it's called is replaced with the flapjack death music (well a bit of it atleast)
    - "Post Mortal" advancement turned into "Hunter's Not Moving"
