for texturepack to work, you need to extract the TXT folder Polaaaka # 2 from the .zip file - copy and put it to .minecraft / resourcepacks

I know how to fix this. What you did is you put pack.mcmeta and assets into a folder then zipped the folder, instead select pack.mcmeta and assets then right-click and select send to zipped folder. Then you wont need to unzip the folder for it to work.
