Doesn't work for me, I loaded a flat world to test it and the grass didn't even have the texture, let alone the blocks in the creative menu. for some reason dark prismarine and dirt work though.

Open the file. It should automatically open and import it to Minecraft: Windows 10 ed.

So, when I was downloading the file, it was renaming it to .mcpack.zip, so I had to redownload the pack and change it to a .mcpack file. It was dumb.
