If there are CEM alternatives for fabric without optifine then I will try to make this resourcepack for fabric!
Recently I made a fabric mod, that adds them to the game: Caracal Mod! Minecraft Mod
This resource pack adds Floppa(Caracal) in minecraft!
There is three resourcepacks:

- RO - Random Ocelots (Random Ocelots replaced with floppa(50% Chance))
- AO - All Ocelots (All Ocelots replaced with floppa)
- NT - Name Tag (All ocelots that NameTagged)

- Floppa
- Caracal
- And any name which contains "flop" word
