no, minecraft doesnt allow that itt does only alow items and carved pumpkin is considred an item

Doesn't work for 1.17.1 D: and it would be nice if we would be able to still have carved pumpkins on the side, not just having the hat instead of the carved pumpking. But thank you! It looks amazing in 1.17
