This adds in grappling hooks and stuff.
This is actually a fishing rod made to look like a grappling hook if you name it: Grappling Hook.
THIS DOES REQUIRE OPTIFINE FOR IT TO WORK PROPERLY.
No custom animations for the grappling hook.
Some servers work with this resource pack like Hypixel.net in the sky block minigame.
I am not recommending to play Hypixel.net, that was just an example.
