A texture pack for versions 1.12+ (not tested for 1.9-, but it might still work).
Changes the looks of all main tools, and animates Iron, Gold, Diamond, and Netherite tools, as well as Flint and Steel and the Fishing Rod. Each animated tool tier has a unique animation.

As gifs can't be put into the info for this pack, a reddit post will soon be made available detailing the animations.
