So cool! Thank you so much. I can't find something like this because most packs that implements this are shaders before they updated the shader rendering and now we can't use shaders in Windows 10 Edition. This looks so good, in fact better than shaders.

The water splashing textures work fine for me but I'm not sure how to change the bubbles that come from the thrown water potion.

I think it's some hardcoded thing that changes the color to match the potion, so if that's true then you probably can't change it.

That’s sorta how it works on Java too but mods can change the hard coded colour
