there are a few bugs like messed up clock and compass, white mobs, and some see through blocks. report any other bugs please so i can fix them. click on the zip file and copy the folder in there into your resource pack folder and you are set. i think you will find this texture pack to be really colorful, original, and well thought out.

White mobs are because you need a black background on the eye overlay files.
You have zipped the pack wrong, it should not have a folder when you first opened it. You zipped the folder when you should have zipped the CONTENTS of the folder. It won't function as a pack how it is zipped now.
This is just ugly. It looks like all you did is downscale the default pack. That is NOT how you make textures, and it's fairly obvious that you did this because of the partially transparent pixels around the item textures. Seriously, make your own designs, and choose your own colors.
