this resource pack retextures elytra to look like the 2016 Minecon cape elytra with the enderman style.

I can upload different Minecon capes if you like those ones as well.

please note that this does not actually give you the the cape in game, it is simply a texture change,
and only works on the elytra as the game files do not have the normal cape textures in them.
if you unload the texture pack it will be the default elytra model (unless you already have a cape)
