• The scooter replaces the horse.
• Available in white, black, blue, red, yellow and gray colors.
• The transport motor replaces the donkey.
• Available in light gray color.
• The silenced motor replaces the mule.

• The zombie scooter replaces the zombie horse.
• Available in zombie green.
• The skeleton scooter replaces the skeleton horse.
• Available in bone color.
• The moped headlights glow in the dark.
• Scooter protector replaces horse harness. It is not visible graphically but replaces the classic Minecraft harness.

Footballers
• Footballers replace villagers.
• Zombie footballers replace zombie villagers.
• The graphics of inhabitants, zombie inhabitants and a traveling merchant portray a suit of the Napoli soccer team with the word Lete covered by the arms.
• The villagers, zombie villagers and traveling merchant are available in seven basic garments, a classic blue for the plains and six others that reflect the colors of the original ones.
• Villagers, Zombie Villagers and Traveling Merchant are available in five different levels, in addition to unemployment, indicated by their shirt number.
• Dwellers, Zombie Dwellers, and Traveling Merchant are available in thirteen different jobs, in addition to unemployment.
• Steve and Alex's graphics depict a Napoli soccer team tracksuit with the words Lete .

Opponents
• The graphics of witch, piglin, zombified piglin, brute piglin, illusor, marauder, defender, summoner, summoner fangs, Wither, zombie, dry zombie, drowned, skeleton, wither skeleton and wandering portray a Juventus football team suit with the word Jeep covered in some cases by the arms.
• The suits in some of the graphics have white stripes of colors that best represent the original mob.

Firecrackers
• Firecrackers replace the TNT.
• Unstable firecrackers replace unstable TNT.
• The bulldozer with firecrackers replaces the mine cart with TNT.
• The firecracker seller replaces the creeper.

Garbage
• The garbage bag replaces the hay bale.
• The garbage can replaces the barrel.

Pizza
• Pizza replaces bread. When held in the hand, it appears as if it were actually held in the hand by a real person.
• The wood oven replaces the smoker.

Pasta
• Pasta replaces rabbit stew.

Bulldozer
• Bulldozers replace mine carts.
• If it is not possible to load the scraper model, for example using incomplete versions of the OptiFine, an alternative graphic will still be displayed without the scraper bucket.
• Being that the mine cart can only face in two directions when on the tracks, the bulldozer may sometimes go into reverse.

Holy
card • The holy card replaces the immortality totem.
• The santino is a three-dimensional object that portrays the figure of San Gennaro in Minecraft character style.

Pickpocket
• The pickpocket replaces the enderman.

Wrist watch
• The wrist watch replaces the watch.
• The wristwatch portrays a Rolex watch viewed from above the dial but without the strap.

Police
• The police officer replaces the iron golem.

Barge
• Barges replace boats.
• The boats have a three-dimensional model that represents a ship of a non-governmental organization (NGO) mixed with a migrant boat.

Weapons and Tools
• By entering Pride , LGBT , RGB , Gay , Trust , Rainbow or Rainbow in the name of a weapon or tool made of diamond, netherite or weapons and tools without material, the material will change to rainbow. Doesn't work with shield and trident.

Napoldrago
• The Napoldrago replaces the Enderdrago.

References
• The paintings have images of Naples, typical customs and other places of interest in Campania.
• The yellow writings on the start screen have references to Fierik, Naples and Campania.
• The beds have the Napoli crest on the blanket.
• Some monsters have the Napoli crest on the shirt.
• The Minecraft logo is white and blue.
• The loading screen is white and blue.
• The Quick Bar, Experience Bar, Life Bar, and Connection Icons are white and blue.
• The shulker boxes have the Napoli crest on the top of the shell.
• The shield without any standard applied has the Napoli coat of arms.

Interface and more
• The yellow lettering in the main menu is now 89.
• The shield is less invasive when held in the hand and is shown differently in the inventory when locked.
• Snow and rain are less annoying.
• The wristwatch and compass are shown from the front and have two-dimensional graphics.
• A custom End poem has been added.
• Napolicraft pack credits have been added before the default Minecraft ones.
• The yellow writing in the main menu is now 114.
• The redstone cable has its intensity value indicated above.
• The sound block has indicated the instrument and note on the side.
• The turntable changes graphics if it has a disc inserted.
• The target changes graphics based on the score obtained.
• The bowl, mushroom soup, beet soup, pasta, pie and pumpkin pie are shown from the front.
